Refund & Return Policy

At AAVNM Jewellery, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We only accept returns if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and the parcel must be opened on video. A clear unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened is mandatory as proof in case of any claim regarding damage, defect, or missing items.

Without a valid unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

Customized or engraved jewelry, gift cards, sale items, or products without original packaging are non-returnable.

AAVNM Jewellery does not provide return pickup services. Customers will be required to ship the item back to us.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products under any circumstances.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at customercare@aavnm.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos, and the unboxing video showing the parcel being opened.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide the return shipping address along with further instructions.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and the mandatory unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and item.

Once verified, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. After inspection, we will process a full refund and reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
